While the state of New York dogs billions of gallons of raw and toxic sewage into the Susquehanna River with no tax consequences, Pennsylvania's are being punished with the EPA stormwater tax. There must be an immediate injunction for Pennsylvania residents until all states are treated equally under the Fourteenth Amendment and taxed equally and fairly, if at all. This is the first step.
