Pass Legislation Allowing Active and Reserve U.S. Armed Forces Members To Carry Concealed Firearm On U.S. Soil.

U.S. Armed Forces members have been the target of terrorist attacks on U.S. soil several times, with the most recent one on 16 July 2015 causing the loss of four U.S. Marines, one U.S. Navy Petty Officer's lives and injury to a U.S. Soldier and a local law enforcement officer in Chattanooga, TN.  Like the attack in Fort Hood, TX., by former U.S. Army Mayor Hassan that left dozens of service members dead, the most basic human right to defend oneself in the face of a threat to one's life was denied the victims because they were not armed to return fire against their attacker.  This is simply unacceptable and is in contravention of the very oath that military service members swear to uphold, that of defending the U.S. against all enemies, foreign and domestic. May this travesty NEVER happen again on U.S. soil.
