On the 1st of March 2022, with the majority of the World, including the U.K. backing the Ukrainian people against a violent & oppressive Russia, the Pakistani government signed one of its biggest trade deals it has, with Russia! This despite the West trying to isolate the Russian government & Putin in the hopes that it will not be able to finance  its illegal war!

With this treachery in mind I, and the signed people of this petition, urge the U.K. government to please discuss in Parliament the aid that the U.K sends to Pakistan with the view of stopping it!  We need to send a very big & bold statement to any recipient of the U.K. tax payers money that they, and their people, will be deprived of our foreign aid should they side with tyrants and war mongers. How can we, as a nation stand shoulder to shoulder with the Ukrainian people in a show of absolute solidarity when we are sending hundreds of millions of BPS in foreign aid to any country that is actively in bed with the Russians?!? 

Pakistan, despite a growing economy and space program, still continues to receive hundreds of millions of U.K. funding every year. Even without this recent display of treachery, arguably the foreign aid that we, the tax payer provides for them, should be reassessed especially considering the current financial situation the U.K. finds itself in. 

With the greatest respect for our right, honourable leaders of the U.K., we, the people look at you to serve and protect... US!
