Raptor deaths by conservationists actions classed as a wildlife crime
Every year dozens of raptors are killed directly or indirectly due to conservation groups and handlers direct and indirect actions. Until now the deaths of these raptors has often gone unreported and are not classed as a wildlife crime. Many raptors are now being introduced by groups with little factual knowledge into areas that are not capable of supporting them causing the raptors distress and possible starvation, these actions Often where funding from public money and / or donations has been sought which cause distress, harm or death to raptors needs to be treated as a wildlife crime, identically to that had the raptor been persecuted in any other form as covered by current legislation, by any other individual or group.
The organising members of any such conservation group and those directly instructed by such senior and governing members must jointly be held criminally accountable, for the death and or suffering of the raptors they handle and have control over.
We must prevent the distortion of facts the non reporting of actions and protect raptors from harm at the hands of humans whoever they are and not allow persecution to be an avoidable action in any form.
