Claire Miller ignoring the real truth as to disrepairs, as with seemingly no interest in improving living conditions. Additionally, Miller sits back enjoying an obscene wage but blind to emails/letters/calls - so, what does she do exactly meriting this annual wage. Other serious matters (physical attacks/threats) by Clarion tenant ignored despite evidence. She needs to step down and view the real issues impacting on Clarion tenants as with rude (sometimes) aggressive behaviour from workmen.
I am a clarion leasholder and I have been trying to contact Clarion for several months. Our neighbour died 1.5 years ago and since then, the empty flat above mine has been leaking into our flat causing substantial damage and has a huge pest problem that is causing a moth infestation in my flat. Everytime I call I am constantly referred to another customer service rep, passed on time after time, I have been promised a call back hundreds of times to not receive a single call. They have just given me a bill of over £20k to redecorate the external building which is absolutely shocking given they don't take care of the inside of the building or their tenants. I am sick of clarion and am considering legal action. It can not go on like this and is causing my mental health to deteriorate.
