Install a left turn bay for the Potranco Rd (FM 1957) median

The recent installment of a concrete median strip on Potranco Rd. (FM 1957) between Hunt Land and Tinsbury Parkway has left many of the businesses on Potranco Rd. inaccessible from the east end.
Beyond inconvenience, this causes safety and logistical issues. To that point, there are several businesses, including a childcare facility with more than 60 children in its care, which will suffer an increased emergency vehicle response time from the nearest fire (Fire Department Station #44) and police (West Police Substation) stations. In a life threatening situation, that can make all the difference.
In addition, there are several school buses, commercial and industrial vehicles that will now have to resort to driving further and making dangerous u-turns to accommodate their routes of travel, putting them all, as well as others on the road in danger.
We the undersigned request that TxDOT address these issues by installing a bay that would allow westbound traffic to make a left turn into the driveway shared by 9502 and 9514 Potranco Rd.
