Haslet Residents,
TXDOT is planning to expand 156 into a six lane highway and increase the speed limit through the city to 55 miles per hour.
This is aggressive and unnecessary. TXDOT’s poor planning of the I-35W project has put them in desperate need of a relief route for North Fort Worth. Unfortunately, this relief route comes at the expense of residents and their private property.
Please join our petition to TXDOT to reconsider this plan and to consider a much less aggressive expansion to a four lane highway and a 35mph speed limit.
