The United States President Donald John Trump has been fomenting hate, violence, delusion, and insurrection on his social media accounts. This not only violates these company's user agreements but more importantly, it endangers every human being in our communities and our fairly young Democratic Republic. The POTUS has been fanning the flames of conspiracy since taking office on January 20, 2017. What has he been using to do this so effectively? Social media. It has to stop. On January 6, 2021, a person sadly died due to his recklessness and inaction as a leader. These companies should do what is just and righteous and ban this man for life, he is dangerous, he is narcissistic and I dare say he's maybe even sociopathic. American Carnage. Remember those words at the President's inauguration, what was once a solemn and humble event? This has culminated in lawlessness and authoritarianism. This. Can. Not. Stand. Leaders are important, and I hope Americans will have an epiphany and recognize that. But, these leaders exist not only in government but in business, including social media companies. Leaders have to be responsible and be held to account if they are not. These media giants know what the right thing to do is, they may lose money but profit should never be put over and ahead of the people, not even in a capitalist society. We hold our elected officials to account when and if they do something wrong or for their inaction, which may be worse, so let's demand the same from these companies. Join in solidarity to end a digital scourge on the nation and the biggest troll on the net, yes, Trump and his social media accounts. Let's end this.
