In May 2019, Rep Sims uploaded videos to Twitter of himself harassing multiple individuals who were praying outside of a Planned Parenthood , and also offering compensation to the public for anyone who was able to dox/identify any of the individuals (including minors) who did not agree with his view on abortion. 

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for an elected official. From my understanding, doxing is a violation of Twitter rules, and therefore this activity requires an immediate review of Rep Sims’ actions, and the appropriate disciplinary action should be taken. 

We call on Twitter to step up, and take the actions that are necessary. Harassment of private individuals exercising a constitutional right should not be tolerated. Offering rewards for the doxing of minors is unacceptable, and most likely illegal.
