Donald Trump's Twitter account (@realDonaldTrump) stands in violation of several of Twitter's Terms of Service including, most importantly, the "Hateful conduct" clause:

"You may not promote violence against or directly attack or threaten other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease."

Trump has repeatedly threatened North Korea, Iran, Islamic people, and a multitude of other targets using his Twitter account.

Some examples:

"[Iran] attacked us, & we hit back. If they attack again, which I would strongly advise them not to do, we will hit them harder than they have ever been hit before!"

"Iran has been nothing but problems for many years. Let this serve as a WARNING that if Iran strikes any Americans, or American assets, we have targeted 52 Iranian sites (representing the 52 American hostages taken by Iran many years ago), some at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture, and those targets, and Iran itself, WILL BE HIT VERY FAST AND VERY HARD. The USA wants no more threats!"

"Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform [North Korean leader Kim Jong Un] that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!”

Twitter makes exemption to parts of its ToS for elected leaders, however since Trump lost the popular vote and since there are multiple ongoing investigations about foreign interference in his campaign and with the election, he does not qualify as a legitimately elected leader and has no mandate for any of this conduct.

Clearly, my Twitter account would be suspended if I made any of the above tweets or anything like them. Moreover, the fact that the supposed President of the United States is making these tweets has severe implications upon national and global security. As such, Twitter should reconsider its policy exemption for world leaders and ban @realDonaldTrump.
