Dear Twitter Incorporated Executives, Board Members, and Shareholders,

We are writing to petition the removal of a Twitter user that has violated the Terms of Service multiple times.  Specifically, the username @realDonaldTrump has violated the Terms of Service contained in the Twitter User Agreement by repeatedly Spamming described under bullet point eleven: "if you repeatedly create false or misleading content;" (Source: https://g.twimg.com/policies/TheTwitterUserAgreement_3.pdf; accessed 3/4/2017).  Given the visibility of this specific Twitter handle and multiple egregious proclamations that have either proven to be false or baseless, we believe it behooves the addressed recipients of this petition to strongly consider removal of this username.  We believe the claims not only tarnish the reputation of the Twitter Incorporated brand by spamming millions of individuals across the globe with false and misleading information, but it propagates the pervasive rhetoric of what is commonly referred to as, "Fake News."  Thus, removal of this user name will not only alleviate the violation, but overall improve entire Twitter platform.

Examples of these violations include but are not limited to:

1.     “In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally” Tweeted on November 27, 2016 at 4:30PM.

a.     Voter fraud has shown to be an extremely rare event by multiple independent sources demonstrating that this Tweet is baseless and would be a statistical anomaly.

2.     “I don’t know Putin, have no deals in Russia, and the haters are going crazy – yet Obama can make a deal with Iran, #1 in terror, no problem!” Tweeted on February 7, 2017 at 4:11AM.

a.     Donald Trump admitted in an October 2015 interview with Michael Savage that he had met Putin.  Whether he has or has not met Putin is not relevant. What is important for the Terms of Service is that he has contradicted himself multiple times on this subject matter which would thus constitute misleading information.

3.     “Terrible!  Just found out that Obama had my ‘wires tapped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory.  Nothing found.  This is McCarthyism!” Tweeted on March 4, 2017 at 3:35AM and “How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process.  This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!” Tweeted on March 4, 2017 at 4:02AM

a.     Both of these tweets are completely baseless, unsubstantiated, and an attack at an individual (Barack Obama) which is also a violation of the Terms of Service.

We the undersigned are led to conclude from these actions that @realDonaldTrump has violated the Terms of Service and warrants removal from the Twitter platform.  We thank you for time and consideration.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
