Change some of Twitter Rules regarding: 

1.Managing multiple Twitter accounts for abusive purposes.

2.Getting the trolls/fan accounts suspended everyday for doing nothing.

3.Allow us to speak and show freedom of speech.

4.Stop the Direct Messages/Like limit.

at the end of the day any social media platform without it's users is nothing. like literally twitter is allowing pedophilia and suspended teens who like to support their favorite artists, shows and etc.
