Heroes appear when the world needs them most; will we support them or turn our back on them?

During the pandemic we have seen several people turn to different online platforms to build careers for themselves & recognise their full potential. The demand on these platforms to assist their creators increased hugely however so did the gain. 

Recently an incredibly talented Brazilian content creator who has faced all kinds of diversity & overcome incredible hardships to bring joy & happiness to so many people took a contract outside of TWITCH that offered him the financial stability & ability to bring happiness to even more people. 

He attempted contact with the TWITCH platform to let them know of his temporary change & handle the situation with mutual respect but was unable to make contact. Not using both platforms at the same time as not to break terms of service of his TWITCH partnership. The same is true now as he continues to dedicate himself to bringing people together through TWITCH he is met with the hurdle of being unable to recieve a contact person or non generic response regarding the reinstatement of the ability to monetise his hours of work. 

Spending hours upon hours a day with audiences of hundred of individuals at any given time the platform has still failed to allow him the ability to even start from the beginning milestones available to all creators. 

We are petitioning for an employee or representative of TWITCH to either simply reinstate the partnership of this individual who consistently works to benefit the platform or to at least recognise his genuine asset to the company by offering him direct communication regarding the process required by him to reinstate his affiliate with the company working together with the mutual goal of bringing entertainment & laughs to the world in these times.
