Per Attorney Eric Winters, these most recent mandations that are going to take effect September 7th can be addressed by the local school districts.
PA can threaten funding to schools for not enforcing compliance to this issue, schools can fight back against this by filing an injunction against the mandate in a court of law.
I am asking for the TVSD school board to be brave and courageous enough to do what is right for our community by protecting the rights of generations of children they proclaim they care about.
