No family should have to feel this type of pain, ever.
Jenny Brannon is a beloved daughter, sister, friend, and confidante. A smiling beacon of hope for all who needed a friend. Jenny was missing for more than two weeks when her body was found on December 21st 2016. Her wrists and ankles had been bound, and she was wrapped in plastic and thrown to the bottom of an embankment in the back yard of Charles Richard Sexton's home.
According to news stories, Sexton gave multiple stories about how our beautiful Jenny fell and hit her head. He told investigators that he fell asleep after the fight, and awoke to find her dead on the floor.
Sexton was released on only 75,000 bond, despite having prior violent offenses, and intimidating his previous victims of domestic violence, including allegedly burning one victims house down. We are hoping that the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney's office and all judges involved will consider revoking Mr. Sexton's bond. He is a dangerous individual with a past history of harming others.
