Deionna Young was the Arbys Manager who was spit on by a biligerant customer.  The Assailant then later returned circling the restaurant and Threatening the woman.  Deionna young retaliated and the assailant died as a result.  Being spit on does seem to cause temporary insanity.  No one can be expected to be cool during a biological hazard attack.
