Tulare District Hospital Board is proposing to spend 7 million dollars on renovating Evolutions gym upper to be a VA hospital clinic. They are more interested in being a property management company than actually promoting disease prevention and wellness for the members of our community. They can build a VA clinic on another property and allow Evolutions to continue to support healthy lifestyles for its members!
