Hi, I'm Kaylee. Im 18 and a senior in highschool. As our year comes to an end, our civics class is finishing up our civic action project to create a change. For my project, I hope to ban or reform the troubled teen industry. This petition's purpose is to get your signature to prove to the industry that many people in the United States believe that the institutional child abuse that comes from the TTI should be reformed or banned!
