Im not says all TSC Stores have problems but most that I’ve been to haves
all we want is something changed. Customers are getting disappointed when coming to your stores....
I have saw over 15 different complaints about TSC all around Ontario within the last couple of weeks. so let’s be heard people !!
Here’s my recent experience with TSC Stores this is the end. I don’t think I will ever shop there agian. How this all started... I was in a TSC store location here in Ontario Canada and I saw a tool chest for $269 (price on tag) so I asked a clerk if I was able to get one they said “let me just see if I have one in the back in the box” so I waited for about 20 mins to have him come back and say “sorry wrong price tag” I said it described the exact tool chest and it has attach to the product ..then he removed the tag, I asked to see the tag agian he refused then the (manager or someone unsure who and employee) came over and was just was plain ignorant and replied no it’s wrong sorry about your luck. Then I asked if there is another tool chest in the same price range ... the employee had no interest to help. Most times I’ve been to a TSC location I’ve been disappointed in the service from their staff.
Is this a way a store should operate?
TSC! Let’s see a new standard set in place to make sure customers are getting treated right! Not just in a couple stores! ALL STORES!
