We request that the tsb in Bolsover start opening at 9:00am and closing at  5:30pm on week days instead of closing at 3:30pm. We also request that the same branch open on Saturdays until 1pm. The people of Bolsover can no longer access the banks services after 3:30pm or at the weekend because of these reduced hours. This means we cannot go into the bank and discuss any issue, pay bills etc unless we are not available before 3:30pm, which is ridiculous, as many people work. Also, pensioners cannot always access internet banking, which makes it very difficult for them to conduct their financial affairs. The people of Bolsover deserve better. I have tried to challenge the tsb before on this, but the Head Office rebuffed my concerns. We need to succeed in this petition, because I fear that the tsb have deliberately constructed their action to be able to say that the bank is not used, and therefore close it.
