The Residents of Royal Suburbs by Tsavo, Roysambu are totally not impressed by how Ken handles our grievances. He involves emotions and totally has no empathy when someone raises a concern. The former RS employee Mr Moses was really a good guy to us and would handle our issues more professionally. Ken lacks good communication skills and professionalism. We would like the management to have a look at this issue and address it more diligently. You can tell this by the number of people relocating from the building.
