Return the planters to lemon quay.

Lemon quay plaza was created to be a open welcoming space for visitors to enjoy but has become a desolate wasteland with no appeal other than the spectator sport of watching people being accosted by seagulls.
The benches and planters were removed to accommodate Primarks renovation and while some of the benches have returned (but in a shocking state) the planters are conspicuous by their absence.
Without the planters lemon quay is barren and uninviting and cannot live up to the potential that it and Truro have.
We call for Truro city council to work with their partners and reinstate the planters in lemon quay.
