INTENTIONALLY SIMULATED/FABRICATED brain-death occurs exclusively due to elitist intervention, to counter the exponential (disastrous) nature of World/USA population growth (especially since the 1900's)...

Organ "donation" is only an incidental benefit of depopulation (when the organs are healthy) for the wealthy...

When the organs are not healthy (or salable), the organs are thrown in the dumpster, as the main purpose of fabricated brain-death is depopulation of healthy young people (capable of populating the population)...

Viable (mostly healthy) "patients" are intentionally made to look brain-dead, through the fraudulent use of unneeded "life-support" (which bypasses vocal cords, and force-hyperventilates a victim into motionlessness, per resultant cerebral hypoxia)...

Hyperventilation-induced reversible coma (which doctors call brain-death) has been used to scam tens of millions of healthy Americans (out of their organ$, and/or their "unproductive" lives), since 1963...

Coma only occurs within a healthy brain (in order to protect itself from too little (or too much) oxygen...

A hyperventilating person will faint (pass out, per temporary coma), until they stop breathing long enough to bring their body's oxygen saturation down to a non-toxic level...

Since the non-stopping ventilator doesn't take orders from your brain, the intentionally-hyperventilated "patient" is forced to continue breathing in too much oxygen (24/7 panic attack), forcing the victim to remain in a perpetual conscious "coma" (until the order comes in for their organ$ type)...

And a "patient" (per this type of hyperventilation-induced coma) is always wide-awake, silenced, immobilized, aware, and feels all pain (including when doctors cut out victim's vital organ$, BEFORE THE "PLUG" IS PULLED, using no anesthesia, which would ruin organ$ on removal)...

The other kind of coma (unrelated to oxygen intake) is when your inability to respond to painful stimuli is due to your becoming unconscious (via anesthesia, which acts upon the central nervous system, and therefore makes you unable to feel pain)...

There is no such thing as a brain-dead patient on "life-support", only a healthy "comatose" patient, whose intentonally-irreversed reversible coma is protecting a healthy brain (from injury or death), and healthy organ$ are only cut from a victim with a healthy brain (only after all drugs are removed from the body, as with an "overdose")...

End any destruction of Americans' medical records (at any time) by anyone (or any entity)...

Destruction of medical records is destruction of evidence, per any potential litigation (as to possible murder via medical means)...

There is no statute of limitations for murder in the United States Of America, and thus there should never be any destruction of any medical records (at any time whatsoever)...

Please sign an executive order, toward the effect that no American's medical records can ever be destroyed (contrary to HIPAA), because in so doing, you will save millions of healthy American citizens (who would otherwise be medically murdered, whether intentionally or not)...

Currently, all medical records in the United States Of America, are destroyed within 3 to 7 years (after a patient's last visit to a doctor, hospital, nursing home, or relevant institution)...

My wife, Rita Joanne Conley, was terrorized to death (by Allegheny General Hospital, in Pittsburgh, Pa), in precisely this manner (from 2/01/2011 till 9/10/2011)...

Per Pennsylvania state code, Rita's records  are due to be legally destroyed on 911, 2018 (seven years in Pa.)...

In the meantime, after repeated requests by me (her husband), since 13 May, 2011, Allegheny General Hospital has given me only about 5% of Rita's total medical records, which the hospital is freely allowed to do (by the Federal Prosecutor Of Western Pennsylvania, who answers only to the U.S. President, who in turn answers only to the Federal Reserve System, which owns U.S. and our organs)...

The primary phony indicator of "brain-death" (since 1963) has been the inability to breathe on your own (causing you to be diagnosed as "ventilator dependent"), when in fact this "dependency" is caused by the ventilator's forced hyperventilation (and resultant motionlessness, while the vent tube prevents you from speaking/screaming)...

So this "ventilator dependency" is caused by the ventilator's hyperventilating you into early cerebral hypoxia, causing your brain to shut down just enough (to shut down your breathing, while you remain fully awake and aware)...

Therefore the ventilator (which you only needed briefly, per fluid-in-the-lungs for example) causes you to appear brain-dead (while fully awake and aware, feeling pain), as your organ$ remain fully oxygenated, healthy, and salable...

In other words, you are "ventilator dependent", because you do not need the ventilator (which has been forced upon you indefinitely)!

Also, Medicare doesn't pay for long-term care, so per this scenario (as to "useless eaters"), any unsalable vital organs are "donated" to the dumpster (as any long-term care is extremely expensive...way more than the median U.S. income)...

Note that the IRS is in control of America's Health Care System, and makes the decisions as to who lives or dies (based upon a Citizens "productivity" status)...
