From what I've seen of the proposal and presentations, I don't believe enough research has been done to make this project successful for the majority of stakeholders.

I believe the development is too big for our small town. For years residents have been researching options for senior housing. This would be a valuable addition to our town.

As a long time resident of T'burg, I know that this village needs more senior housing to buy. I also think this development is too big and dense for the village.

The proposal is incompatible with the existing neighborhood and has been proposed out of expediency without due regard for the nature of the Village or the needs of the people who will live in the development.

The village had a survey to what we would like and I responded afordable housing for the elderly and disabled and this project will not and has no plans on providing that need. They also do not tell you in writing they will do what they promisse and can not be trusted. Ithaca Neighborhood Housing must stay in Ithaca and away from ruining our neighborhood. They will also destroy the wetlands and wooded area and that should remain like the Smith Woods, for Ithaca problems must remain in Ithaca and not be spread to us for the cost and tax burden will change our standard of living forever! They are doing this for money, federal money, and that means ACLU and Civil Liberty lawyers and not a better village!

This project, as proposed, is too big for the area. Traffic issues have not been properly addressed.

This project is too large for this community, and would destroy the peace of the South Street homes. On a side not my dog is buried in that area and I don't want her disturbed. There is so much land outside of the village to develop, the project should be moved to a more distant area to avoid congestion on the village roads, it will be bad enough with the growth of the population anyway. Thank you

These kind of "developments" only bring low income, low quality people. Do not destroy beautiful land and bring down Trumansburg village vibe by introducing a lower class criminal element to Trumansburg. All you are doing if you build this is asking for trouble. Don't do it. If you have to build low income housing, do it far away out of town, not on prime beautiful forrested lands by the schools and golf courses. Bad idea.
