Truckers shouldn't have to isolate when returning to NB

Truckers shouldn't have to isolate when returning to NB
Why this petition matters

As of April 24th, truck drivers must stay home for 14 days after returning to New Brunswick. A demonstration at the New Brunswick/Nova Scotia border Sunday included truck drivers upset about the new rules. My father is a truck driver and he only comes home about 2 times a week and he goes straight into isolation. I understand that the provincial government is trying to do what's best during the pandemic but keeping truckers in isolation is not necessary. I know after my dad gets home from a long day of work he would want to go out for supper or do something with our family. Unfortunately the new restrictions are keeping him from doing so. I hope that signing this petition might bring some attention to the truck drivers and the restrictions might change.
