Truckee dog are well behaved and deserve a place to socialize off leash, with their owners. It's a great way for people to get together and will build community.

Truckee needs a dog park for those days when you can't hike, bike, swim your dog. Lots of visitors would appreciate it too.

I'm signing because we need someplace in town to exercise and socialize our dogs besides the Legacy Trail. The Trail is a great place for dogs and their owners to get outdoors, but the increase in bicycle traffic since competing the Glenshire extension can make it difficult to enjoy a leisurely off-leash dog walk, especially with a younger frisky dog. An in-town dog park provides a safe alternative that benefits all.
