Commercial Fisherman are struggling.

Since the Import/Export trades to China have been put on hold due to our Australian government Fisherman are struggling.

Since Covid, Yes quota price has dropped, but not all fisherman have a market to sell to.

Since covid-19 this industry has had no support from our government so we need to make a stand to help each other out. We need to Vote Yes to a Quota Roll over for 2020/2021 until the Export/Import trades are resolved.

Otherwise, further unemployment, Further Liquidation and Financial Hardship will be upon thousand of Australians and their business'/Income.

If the 20/21 Quota roll over is not approved then how are fisherman supposed to get rid or catch their quota without all fisherman having a market to sell to, particularly when the season ends March 2021.

Yes the fisherman are extremely grateful to those locals who have been supportive, and purchasing of fisherman's boats and/or at their local wharfs. However, the locals are not going to be able to support the sales of the 400 PLUS Tonne of rock lobster that are yet to be caught and out of the Water if we do not get this roll over approved.

Lets Make our local governments realise the industry needs their help and further assistance then just waiving licensing fees.

Vote Yes to the roll over and help your fellow Australians start their own way of fixing this mess.
