My brother doesn’t tell me he loves me and always gets super uncomfortable when I grill him on it and he said if I get people to sign this he’d do it.

Personal story
I’m a brother who does a lot for his brother and he never says "I love you" back, he's an amazing brother and my best friend and I know he loves me but I want to hear him say it. I think at this point he's just resisting because I like to poke fun at him for it.
