The cold weather and early sunsets are not great for morale. The end of the semester is the most stressful time of year, and the little things make people smile. We do not have the time or means to decorate our own spaces. Exams end on the 22; why boost the mood for nine days when we could for nineteen? The community can still come together for the festival, even if the lights are already on!
