We have plenty of brownfield sites to build homes upon and masses of empty town centre buildings waiting to be adapted into residential areas blending with business. Otherwise our town centres are going to be full of derelict buildings. Why ruin fertile farmland forever unnecessarily?

Any loss of green belt land should be the last resort. Brown field sites should always be developed first.

Utter hypocrisy in Government. They talk up Climate issues as a vote catcher and allow major party sponsors to run rampant destroying thousands of acres of prime grade agricultural land and open countryside for profit and greed. Utter madness to remove irreplaceable food producing assets whilst stating they want to revitalise our food production and agricultural industries. They need to be called to account. With immediate effect no development should take place on prime agricultural land. That land must be ring fenced for future national food production. Environmental issues must take priority in planning policy. Stop uttering sound bites for votes and be sincere in your political statements.

Felixstowe docks are creating massive East-West traffic problems caused by lorry traffic. This development is all about snouts in the trough not jobs.

I'm signing because I used to live nearby and value the landscape as it is.

This is all about money, there is no need for the Port to have a logistics centre close to it (everyone in the business already knows where the logistics triangle is .. it's NOT here). London Gateway has already had the same issues with filling their logistics hub. It's a quick financial grab, nothing more and nothing less. it's time to FINALLY show the good side for once and show us you're not all money-grabbing corrupted greedy people !

We don't want or need a lorry park, it will also distroy so much wild life and I vote no.

The infrastructure is not in place to have yet more housing. There is only 1 high school, not enough doctors surgeries, a tiny hospital, 1 road in and out. So on and so on.
