Tribhuvan University, the country’s oldest and largest university has not published Bachelor second year results even after a year of examination. Students like me are literally frustrated and anxious. The university according to law should have published results within three months but its been over a year now. There is no place where we could file complaint. If such negligence continues, the four year program will take six year for completion which will destroy students life. This petition is an open request to authorities as well as government to take this matter seriously and publish the results as soon as possible.
