We Want Trent-Barton To Consult With The Community Over The Route 18 Bus Service

Trent-Barton have announced plans to change the frequency of the Route 18 from a Half Hourly Service to an Hourly Service to and from Stapleford from July 23rd.
Many people have commented they are not happy about this decision and would like to see Trent-Barton have a consultation with local residents and local Councillors.
The Route 18 is used by people going to and from School, to and from work and is the only way for people to get to and from Stapleford to Beeston as not everyone can get to and from the Tram Terminus on Toton Lane, Stapleford as the promised Shuttle Bus which would take people to and from the Tram Terminus never happened. Maybe NET could introduce a Shuttle Bus to and from Stapleford as they promised before the Tram started to run.
As a Stapleford Councillor I have contacted Trent-Barton, Nottingham Express Transit (NET) and both of the Stapleford and Broxtowe Central County Councillors and I am now waiting replies from them all about this serious matter that will have an impact on the way of life of local residents.
