Why TfWM Must Remove This Bus Stop!

For a number of months, the traders have been complaining to the Northfield Business Improvement District (BID)about the use of the bus stop outside of their business premises, that is believed is not used for the intention that it should be used for, namely harbouring customers visiting the town centre under the influence alcohol/drugs. The BID has also been informed by one particular trader that people are often caught having “sex” in that particular bus shelter. The bus stop in question is igo bus 39 & 39a (610450) on the Bristol Road South.
Our question is for TfWM is yet to receive a response to the question we raised on 26th October 2017? Six months ago!
The question is how often is that bus stop used by passengers getting on/off the bus? How many of your customers use the bus stop for the intention that it should be used for? Is there any scope for the bus stop to be removed if it is proved that this particular bus stop is the cause of anti-social behaviour.
The BID looks forward to receiving your reply.
