Keep the OC Toll Roads (241) Safe

Everyday driving home on the 241 is a danger zone. After the final toll when heading to the 91, there are four lanes. The two right lanes are reserved for those heading to the 91 East. The two left lanes are for those heading to the 91 West. Yet, on a daily basis, there are several drivers who have a sense of entitlement and literally STOP (complete stop) in the middle of rush hour traffic to "cut" into the lanes heading to the 91 East. They jump in and out of the third lane into the second lane (a lane that is meant for those heading to the 91 West) so they can get a closer spot. They come to a dead stop in the second lane creating miles of traffic and unsafe conditions as they wait for someone to let them in. I've call The Toll Roads offices and they have confirmed they are very aware of the situation AND the danger of it, but they have failed to do anything because of internal bureaucracy (this is what they shared). I have seen many accidents and near accidents. I AM ASKING THAT PLASTIC DIVIDERS BE PUT UP BETWEEN THE SECOND AND THIRD LANE (DIVIDING THOSE WHO ARE GOING EAST AND WEST) OR THEY PAINT DOUBLE YELLOW LINES SO AT LEAST THESE DRIVERS CAN BE TICKETED. Please join me in finally making some action happen!! This is not fair to drivers heading West or to those heading East that have been sitting in traffic only to be pushed back farther by those who cut in.
