This is a good idea to reopen this line because it will be a another link again which was used before by the railways to access Uttoxeter from the West from Stafford, which would also be great for Stafford as they would not have to get the bus or change at Crewe, Stoke-On-Trent or even Tamworth they could have a direct link to Uttoxeter via some small villages of Salt and Sandon while also calling along the way at Stafford's other station (Disused) on the line Stafford Common people who live up there can get the train into town instead of walking, driving and etc this is a 13 mile route from Stafford to Uttoxeter it is a great access of West-East-West, this benefits Stafford as it can have a service to Derby and go beyond that by going to Nottingham, this line sadly was gone in the 1960s due to Dr Beechings idea of closing dissued railway lines in the UK to save money (BAD IDEA) with 21st century people using the railway more than ever it would be ideal to reopen old lines to ease congestion and run more frequently.
