Employees shouldn't be forced to take their own leave for catching Covid or being a close contact, as being sick in the middle of a pandemic, or self isolating to protect others is not something under people's control.

Special Covid leave has to be available equally to anyone infected with Covid and to any Close contacts so people can isolate without stressing about money and using their annual leave.
