With the introduction of the new Eastern Suburbs light rail a significant number of bus routes are to be stopped or amended that impact those living in the Coogee area.

In the Coogee/ Randwick area the new light rail is 1.9 km from the beach up a large hill. This is significant for the many commuters who need to use on a regular basis. Many of the buses to be stopped e.g 372 and 373 currently start from the beach. How does Transport for NSW propose we get to the Light Rail?

Other routes to be stopped or significantly amended such as the 373 and 374 follow a totally different route to the new light rail hence it is not an option. 

Transport for NSW are alo requesting feedback via a survey until June.

Please sign if you believe the proposed  alternative transport options for Coogee need to be reassessed  to ensure Coogee residents still have acceptable public transport options.
