Grant Davis started this petition to Transport For London and

Chief Magistrate, Emma Arbuthnot stepped down from hearing further Uber court cases to avoid any "perceived conflict of interest" as a result of her husbands business dealings with SC Strategy

She had already presided over the 2 most important court hearings Uber will face in a UK court, the London License and also the Reading Council plying for hire case.  It was only after these two prolific cases ( which UBER won ) , she has now decided to stand down.

The London taxi trade is asking the Mayor of London to Judicially Review the decision to award UBER a 15 months license.

The Mayor Sadiq Khan,  as Head of TFL should be equally as upset as the taxi trade that justice is "seen to be done" .

We are now calling on The Mayor to call for a judicial Review.
