Totally inappropriate housing plan for the location and the site.

A tower block would be a blot on the landscape and make an already congested area worse.

This plan is highly disruptive and repellent. The untold cramming and overcrowding of the area is unacceptable. High rise buildings and buildings built in close proximity to eachother in confined area is not acceptable. This will adversely affect residents environment light and space. I object strongly to this

I am signing this petition as we already lack sunshine during winter months, we do not need our west setting sunlight be taken away from us as well. Our body needs this light as well to help with our immune system and our garden of fruits and veggies need this light too. By having this monstrous building means we are deprived of our rights to live the way we have for the last 31 years of great sunshine given to us in the summer.
On the other note, we are already having so much hassle in getting appointments doctors to add on another 1800 residents means more waiting time for people with vulnerable conditions. Building 2 storey International restaurant complex with indoor parking facility, like Bang Bang in Colindale might be great which would give jobs to the unemployed rather than a residential complex.

This a shockingly inappropriate structure, dehumanising in its scale and completely out of place in Finchley.

I have friends living in Finchley. Surely COVID 19 has taught us we need more space in our cities
