Lower the minimum age to apply for a SFOC

We want to lower the age of the application to fly a drone commercially, because drones are more accessible than ever and younger ages have the ability to fly them commercially as well as the ever standing issue of the fact that people need jobs at that age. One way of doing so is contacting Transport Canada with a certain amount of signatures which can be acquired by the drone pilots of Canada.
The lowering the age of the commercial drone license will not only bring jobs to younger people it will give recognition to the drone community. This will then create even more jobs because even more businesses will be interested in drone delivery and other types of using drones as a commercial vehicle e.g. they wrap it to show the company logo.
Even if this petition will not get enough signatures they should at least specify the age you have to be at the top of the certificate application. This will then stop people from wasting their time and then decide not to take the test. Which will save time and people will wait until they are the correct age.
The U.S have a restriction of 16 years old and this is what we believe is the best age to start flying. This is because at the age of 16 you can drive a car and therefore you should be able to drive a smaller vehicle with a remote control commercially. In the U.S FAA part 107 is the equivalent to the Special Flight Operations Certificate and the age for the commercial drone flying is 16.
This overall is to lower the age of drone flying by 2 years.
