Ali Ozturk started this petition to Transport. Bus Drivers. London residents. Coach Drivers. Public Transport Workers.

The main reasons are obvious.

The lack of support
The inability of proper negotiations making drivers fall behind required standard living conditions.

Drivers having no alternative Union to choose from.

Tfl stands have insufficient facilities and Unite totally careless.

Drivers have almost no faith in Unite but they are optionless no alternative unions.

Pay talks never start on time.

The pro longed qualifying periods and under pay agreements for new drivers with companies.

Garage health and safety levels are poor and they dont care. Drivers having to work forced overtime.

Unite avoid taking individual operator staff to strike to prevent the operator being fined.

Drivers Rotas and terms&conditions change without their consent.

Drivers are bullied by companies and Union officials are careless.

Buses are in some cases put to service despite known and previously reported faults and Unite dont even bother checking the health status of the vehicles.

Any individual in the UK has the most basic democratic right of making a choice ..London Bus drivers have no choice its forced upon them

There is no written or signed agreement of Unite or previously known as T&GW to be a Sole Union in London Bus network but TUC and Unite together are DENYING drivers their most basic right of being represented by a Union of their choice.

In the past Unite told The drivers that They BELONG to Unite.

There is another issue..Unite lost £200 million of its members money 3-4 years ago their excuse was the money was lost on property values and pension funds

Bus Drivers used to earn the same as Underground Tube Drivers. Right now we dont earn half of their wages. Our rights have eroded greatly thanks to a Union that clearly has other Priorities.

We are the main force that carries London's public and we want to be heard.
