There are often trains broken down and seemingly abandoned at the only entry/exit to our neighborhood Royal Lakes Estates. We must wait to enter or exit our neighborhood anywhere from several minutes to nearly an hour. This is an emergency issue. One day someone could die because of this. 

These trains need to be built more reliably. They cannot keep breaking down and blocking our only way in and out of our homes. Please sign this petition to help us.
