Make internet service providers accountable

I live in surat. I subscribed to internet connectivity, first from Hathaway. But because of their very poor service I was compelled to change the service provider and switched to YOU BROADBAND. Unfortunately, YOU BROADBAND turned out to be the worst.

Any complaints lodged is followed by their engineers visit  who does nothing but mere update their visit report and put blame on poor infrastructure of company. I wrote several mails to YOU BRAODBAND, but did not get any assistance but their auto reply and most of the time, unilateral decision that the problem has been solved

This service provider are getting away with poor service. There is no certain way to make them accountable. 

There should be a consumer complaint window at TRAI where consumers can lodge direct complaints like SEBI for small investors to keep these companies accountable
