The residents of Katies Creek subdivision would like the Texas Department of Transportation to allow full 2 way entrance/exit to the Commercial lots along FM3180 and not use our subdivision street as an entrance/exit to those businesses.  We already have sn issue with safety and speeding in our subdivision and a recent spate of thefts, we do not need traffic funneled into our subdivision when the businesses face FM 3180. The owner/developer of the commercial lots has no problem with our request but stated he is required to have an entrance/exit on Katies Creek Av. When people leave a highway and turn into a business, they dont pay much attention to what is behind those businesses, but if you require half of the traffic to be funneled onto our road they will pay attention to the upscale homes there. That may increase crime in our subdivision.   Even if it is only a small uptick, we do not need it when there is a good alternative - keep traffic and entrances/exits on FM 3180.
