With the rapid growth rate in Peaster Tx. And the fact the streets are small and no stop lights are present. This is a petition to try and show TXDot that there needs to be a sensor light system installed at FM 920 & Harwell Lake Rd. As well as FM 920/ Lee St/Precinct Rd. With a sensor light the traffic could continue to flow on 920 until a vehicle or tractor needs to cross. The morning drop off and afternoon pick up lines come out on Lee St as well as Harwell Lake Rd. The back up is at times more than a 20 minute wait to get out on to 920. This needs to be addressed this year not in TXDot's plans for the future. Especially with a new school building coming in this next year. Peaster is a great community. And everyone is working together on the traffic jam. But there is a much quicker and easier way with the light system being installed. Plus emissions and fuel would benefit immensely with this passing. Go Hounds!!
