A short time ago the city of fairborn decided to remove the traffic light from Main Street and maple. People are tightening their hands to the wheel every time you go through the intersection praying someone doesn't run a stop  sign. There have been an increase in accidents at this inter section. Along with the change of intersection, the Halloween season bring new distractions to that very intersection. Along with the distraction, this intersections becomes very crowded with pedestrians. Whether the lack of paying attention or poor signage. This increase in accidents is concerning to the community. The tax payers want the light out back.

if nothing changes, this will continue to happen at this intersection. It's proven that lights are more affective than stop signs. This is a main intersection in our town. Failure to make a change could end very badly for a person or family.

This needs to happen quickly. October 3 2022 there were two accidents within hours of each other. Both Bad. The second was a rolled over car with a women who was 22 weeks pregnant. Status unknown. Local neighbor said a few men helped get her out of the rolled vehicle. If there is ever 1 death that could have been prevented. That will be 1 to many.
