Wren Kitchens Ltd continue to use marketing that could be deemed as misleading, sales techniques that feel very pressured, never ending sales discounts and poor quality kitchen designs to convince consumers to purchase their products.

Once you have purchased you stand a significant chance of receiving poorly manufactured products, deliveries with items missing or damaged and poorly skilled tradesmen who often make a complete hash of the installations.

Wren claim to have a state of the art painting process that "ensures a perfect finish" and quality control procedures that "check, double check and triple check" every item, yet thousands of people receive damaged or poorly manufactured products.

Wren often confuse many consumers with various interpretations of the consumer rights act amongst other forms of information regarding what the consumer is entitled to that could easily be confusing or is ambiguous at best. Their products arrive with large red stickers stating that only the first replacement product will be free and that the consumer will have to pay full price, plus delivery, for any further replacements. Although the consumer rights act 2015, which supersedes Wrens terms and conditions, does not impose any such restrictions.

Wren customers often experience a very poor after sales service, which often attempts to put the responsibility onto the consumer for any issues with the products they receive, frequently quoting their terms and conditions as if they supercede a consumers statutory rights.

It is about time trading standards did a full and thorough investigation into Wren Kitchens Ltd and their operating and trading practices.
