Once again boohoo.com have a lack of customer service and find it acceptable to take peoples money’s without sending the correct item out. Also incapable at giving refunds out, have awful attitudes and are incapable of sticking to the customer service act 2015. Many people have not had correct items sent to them, are still waiting for refunds and more. 

More training for customer service, a better warehouse plan so incorrect items aren’t sent out - refunds to be back into accounts within 3-5 days, and better customer service interaction to avoid rude customer service. 

It’s pretty much monthly that boohoo mess up for myself and now once again I’m left after paying next day delivery for an item that I’ve not got because they’ve sent the wrong item out & are refusing to send the right one out. What’s more frustrating is the fact they’ve noted their mistake but are willing to do 0 about it, so now the day is here I needed the item and all they’ve caused is stress and they’ve still not sent the item nor a refund when it’s THEIR mistake. This happens a lot and although it seems minor, it’s frustraiting and a form of theft. If you look on any form of their social media you will agree they’re constantly apologising for mistakes. Apologies aren’t good enough when you continue to make the same mistakes over and over.
