End the One Way of Franklin Avenue

After several weeks, multiple traffic violations, and numerous online threads and discussions concerning the direction and traffic flow of Franklin Avenue, it is clear that the decision to change the traffic pattern was not in the best interest of the residents of Franklin. Reverting these changes will alleviate the the influx of traffic on Thirteenth Street and allow for a more realistic travel pattern coming from the areas of 'Third Ward,' 'Oak Hill,' and Rocky Grove Avenue to gain access to Fifteenth Street Hill. Allowing Franklin Avenue to receive traffic (not just be a one way) will eliminate the congestion created by the redirection of Franklin Avenue. It seems obvious that changing Franklin Avenue back to a two-way street will eradicate the already present traffic issues.
