Tractor Supply implemented a new brooding system. Their setup is faulty. The heating plates are only adjustable in 1 of the 5 areas. The chicks need to be at a certain temperature to thrive. They are dying!!! They are huddled underneath trying to keep warm. Many are lethargic. Every time I go in the store there are dead baby chicks. They need to go back to their old system until these are fixed. I've talked to management and they know there is an issue. Tractor Supply needs to do something about this. It's not right to let baby chicks die so that they can save floor space.
